Established in 1996 Granny Alice’s began as a small business operated from home by two friends. Our first customers consisted of Home-Industry outlets supplying fresh home-baked cakes to the public. Having Started out with little more than a wooden spoon and a large mixing bowl the business grew.

In 2003 when we became aware of the growing need for wheat-free baked products the decision was made to change our focus and start producing biscuits and cakes for this market. Around this time the business was formalized and we moved into premises in Diep River, Capetown.

Our substantial range of tasty baked treats is now available in most Health Shops in the Western Cape as well as in many other parts of South Africa.
